Price:

i) Hourly Rate: Each solicitor's firm may provide an average hourly rate for that area of law. The rate you see is the average of the solicitors that would deal with your case. The solicitor's will then record the time they spend on your case and charge accordingly.

ii) Fixed Rate: Each solicitor's firm may also provide a total charge for your case in that area of law.

As either of the above comparisons will ultimately depend on the facts of your issue, the prices will be banded to make allowance for slight variances and all subject to additional VAT.
